Your Responsibilities

• Strategic and operational responsibility for all personnel management (organizational and personnel development, HR management/compensation, HR processes/digitalization, personnel administration/payroll, HR governance, etc.)
• Development and implementation of HR strategies and processes
• Consulting and supporting management in all personnel-related issues
• Recruitment and selection of specialists and executives
• Promotion of employee development and retention
• Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements and internal guidelines
• Optimization and digitalization of HR processes

Your Profile

• Completed studies in business administration, psychology, or equivalent education with a focus on human resource management
• Several years of experience in a leading HR position, ideally in a national or international environment (HR administration and payroll experience a must!)
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security law, further development of HR processes, HR projects
• Experience in the retail environment (knowledge of HR system implementation or digitalization)
• Ability to prepare decision-making bases clearly, structured, and appropriately addressed
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• High social competence and empathy
• Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
• Very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including good ABACUS knowledge
