Tasks
- General administrative and organizational HR tasks
- Management of HR and application email inboxes
- Support in the entire onboarding and offboarding process
- Posting and managing job advertisements
- Maintenance of personnel data and personnel changes
- Working with the time recording system
- Reporting to family compensation funds
- Creation of work, interim, and training certificates
- Support the management and relieve the office in daily administrative tasks
Requirements
- Commercial basic training
- Further training in the HR field (HR Assistant or Personnel Assistant) is an advantage
- At least 3 years of professional experience in HR or personnel administration
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written
- Foreign language skills are an advantage
- Good user knowledge in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Independent, reliable, and discreet working style
- Initiative and networked thinking
- Friendly demeanor and team ability
