Tasks

  • General administrative and organizational HR tasks
  • Management of HR and application email inboxes
  • Support in the entire onboarding and offboarding process
  • Posting and managing job advertisements
  • Maintenance of personnel data and personnel changes
  • Working with the time recording system
  • Reporting to family compensation funds
  • Creation of work, interim, and training certificates
  • Support the management and relieve the office in daily administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Commercial basic training
  • Further training in the HR field (HR Assistant or Personnel Assistant) is an advantage
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in HR or personnel administration
  • Very good German language skills in spoken and written
  • Foreign language skills are an advantage
  • Good user knowledge in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Independent, reliable, and discreet working style
  • Initiative and networked thinking
  • Friendly demeanor and team ability
