Responsible Strategic Human Resource Management

Location: Birr

Position: 60% - 100%

Department: Human Resources

Your Role:

  • Drive the development of our leadership culture and embed this understanding in collaboration with management and leadership.
  • Develop a career concept in close coordination with leaders and departments for sustainable technical excellence without managerial responsibility.
  • Create fair, market-oriented compensation logic for professional careers, strengthening their value as an alternative to management careers.
  • Derive future personnel and competence needs from the company strategy and develop a training model targeted at closing gaps and securing successors.
  • Direct the cooperation with external specialists and ensure that results are effectively anchored in the company.

Your Qualifications:

  • Several years of experience in strategic HR.
  • Experience in building career, role, or competency models.
  • Strong in conceptual work and change management; manage projects and change mindsets.
  • Understanding of compensation logic and functional evaluations; expertise can be supplemented with external partners.
  • Confident presence at executive levels, combined with pragmatism and a strong hands-on mentality, ideally with experience in SMEs or industrial environments.
  • Convincing communication skills, paired with high empathy and a fine sense of different needs and perspectives.
  • Focus on strategic human resource management with a flexible share of operational HR work depending on experience, interest, and strengths.
