To strengthen the HR team of our client - a leading company in the medical field in Switzerland and Europe - we are looking for a dedicated and motivated HR Assistant (100%).

Your Tasks

  • Support in the recruitment and selection of talents
  • Administrative tasks of all to-do's
  • Manage the daily lifecycle
  • Create and publish job postings, including selection and initial interviews
  • Coordinate and organize interviews
  • Maintain and manage applicant data in our system
  • Assist in the further development of HR processes and optimization
  • Support in administrative HR tasks and projects
  • Organize training, events, and future trial days (including anniversaries)
  • Communicate with candidates and internal contacts

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Further training as a Personnel Assistant
  • Initial experience in HR advantageous
  • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, Swiss German advantageous
  • Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Organizational skills, teamwork, and a structured way of working
  • Discretion and reliability in handling sensitive data
