To strengthen the HR team of our client - a leading company in the medical field in Switzerland and Europe - we are looking for a dedicated and motivated HR Assistant (100%).
Your Tasks
- Support in the recruitment and selection of talents
- Administrative tasks of all to-do's
- Manage the daily lifecycle
- Create and publish job postings, including selection and initial interviews
- Coordinate and organize interviews
- Maintain and manage applicant data in our system
- Assist in the further development of HR processes and optimization
- Support in administrative HR tasks and projects
- Organize training, events, and future trial days (including anniversaries)
- Communicate with candidates and internal contacts
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Further training as a Personnel Assistant
- Initial experience in HR advantageous
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, Swiss German advantageous
- Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organizational skills, teamwork, and a structured way of working
- Discretion and reliability in handling sensitive data
