Responsibilities

  • Support leadership throughout the Employee Lifecycle, develop P&C strategies and measures in line with corporate goals.
  • Recognize trends early and derive actionable recommendations.
  • Assist with complex personnel and labor law questions, promoting a constructive, appreciative, and solution-oriented leadership culture.
  • Lead the People & Culture team technically and personally, fostering an open, trusting team culture.
  • Prioritize and coordinate P&C topics, coach your team in their development, and ensure high-quality HR work.
  • Manage challenging Employee Relations topics such as conflicts and separation processes.
  • Direct HR projects, develop processes, systems, and services, and advance the evolution of our HR processes and standards.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment area and ensure the attraction of suitable candidates for WePractice.
  • Participate actively in the recruitment process and conduct regular interviews with suitable candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with management, internal stakeholders, and external partners, contribute ideas, question the status quo, and work on concrete offerings and concepts to continuously develop WePractice.

Requirements

  • Education: Completed basic or advanced training in HR.
  • Work experience: 4 years in HR.
  • Several years of experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in a similar role.
  • Experience leading and developing an HR team.
  • In-depth experience in advising leaders and handling complex People & Culture topics.
  • Very good knowledge of Swiss labor law and modern HR processes.
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken; further language skills are advantageous.
  • Experience in supporting organizational development and change processes is beneficial.
  • Experience in the health or practice environment is advantageous.
  • German (B1), English (ADVANTAGEOUS)
