For our client, a renowned and internationally active company, we are looking for a strong leader with operational know-how. You will take responsibility for the development of the teams as well as for structured and successful project management and actively participate in the implementation.

Your Tasks
- Manage your department both functionally and disciplinarily in the company with several entities under a specific GAV for around 2,500 HC’s with 6 employees.
- Ensure the daily business including reports and key figures and lead the area of Payroll & Administration.
- Support in special cases and year-end work, audits, and salary rounds including bonus calculations, early retirements, and compensation payments.
- Ensure, optimize, and simplify existing processes across all 4 GAV teams.
- Implement the HR digitization strategy, introduce and further develop (new) tools.
- Be a sparring partner for the Shared Services management.
Your Profile
- About 10 years of operational experience in Payroll & HR Administration and labor law with the corresponding further education, complemented by proven leadership experience of about 5 years.
- Experienced in payroll accounting; taxes, social security, and labor law.
- IT and system-affine, good knowledge of Abacus and SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Independent, self-directed working and strong self-organization qualities.
- Native German, knowledge of French or Italian is an advantage.
