Team Leader HR Services (all)
In this role, you efficiently manage all operational HR processes including payroll processing. You are responsible for a team of 5-7 employees, ensuring service quality, coordinating HR, departments, and partners, and supporting strategic HR goals.
Your tasks
You lead the HR Services team with 6-8 employees, promote the development of your team members, and ensure an efficient, service-oriented processing of all HR processes along the Employee Life Cycle. You are responsible for payroll processing including social insurances, year-end processing, and compliance with legal, collective bargaining, and company regulations – and actively support in day-to-day operations.
You optimize internal processes together with other team leaders, develop digital HR tools, create reports and metrics on process and service quality, ensuring sustainable structures. You are the central point of contact for employees, work closely with Recruiting, Employee Development, and HR Business Partners, participate in HR projects, and assist in internal and external audits.
Your qualifications
You have completed vocational training with further qualifications in the HR field (certificate, CAS, HF/FH study). You have several years of management experience and in-depth knowledge of labor law and collective agreements in the construction industry. You bring advanced knowledge in payroll accounting and social insurances, and are familiar with Abacus, SFEC, time tracking systems, and reporting tools. Good German language skills are an advantage. Efficient organization, a structured working style, and a high standard of quality are natural for you.
