Team Leader HR Payroll & Administration (80-100%)

As a recognized expert (SAP HCM), you will be responsible for the specific system landscape and payroll of Hoval Schweiz AG. Using your knowledge, you will contribute to the development of your team, systems, and processes, while supporting the group specialist area in specific projects.

Your Tasks:

• Lead and manage our Payroll & Administration Team (2 employees)
• Complete payroll processing for Hoval Schweiz AG (450 employees)
• Participate in daily operations in personnel administration from A to Z
• Handle settlements with social insurance and withholding tax offices
• Establish and develop a modern SAP HR structure
• Lead and implement digitization projects within the department and be part of the project team in group-wide projects/optimizations
• Ensure correct processing of HR processes and ongoing optimization
• Collaborate closely with internal and external clients

Your Profile:

• Commercial training with further education in HR/social insurance (Social Insurance / Payroll Expert or similar)
• Several years of experience in HR service area and in a leadership role
• Solid knowledge of payroll and HR systems and social insurance
• High IT and system affinity, very good SAP knowledge is a prerequisite
• Experience in implementing and leading projects
• Excellent knowledge of German, Italian and/or French as a plus
• Professional appearance with a convincing and motivated personality
• Pragmatic thinking and action style with a hands-on mentality
