Responsibilities
You are responsible for the personnel management of an interdisciplinary HR team consisting of 7 specialists (HR Specialists, HR Business Partners, and Care Managers). With your team, ensure that the operational daily business runs smoothly and that we provide outstanding HR services to our employees.
You develop your team, accompany and coach them, and embody our values and agile mindset. You work closely with line management and leadership, understanding, translating, and prioritizing the requirements of respective departments. You anticipate the needs of line management and employees and prepare solutions.
You lead projects and assist your team in the quarterly goal-setting process (OKRs). Together with your team, you ensure that our leaders develop further and are coached according to our values.
Your Skills
- Proven successful leadership of teams with more than 5 employees in an operationally shaped and very dynamic environment over several years.
- HR certification and knowledge of Swiss labor law, ideally with basic knowledge of German labor law.
- Able to stand by your decisions and easily prioritize while conveying suitable arguments for your prioritization.
- Stakeholder management and collaboration with various leaders come easily to you.
- Willingness to question the status quo and suggest more efficient, automated, or more effective solutions.
- Adaptable to continuous changes in the work environment.
- Willing to be on-site at the logistics location in Wohlen three days a week as needed.
- Excellent knowledge of German and English; French is a plus.
