As part of a succession plan, we are looking for a younger and dynamic personality (m/w) as Head of HR and Administration 60-100%.

Responsibilities

In this managerial position, you will be responsible for the entire personnel administration from the entry to the exit of employees. As an experienced professional, you will:

• Ensure the monthly payroll
• Be responsible for social security administration (including payroll declarations)
• Act as the internal and external contact person for all personnel matters
• Develop HR processes and management tools
• Manage time recording, expenses, and absences
• Derive relevant HR key figures and provide concrete action recommendations
• Maintain the intranet and other employee information tools
• Assist in the planning and organization of various employee events.

Profile

We are looking for a dynamic personality with several years of experience in a comparable position. You:

• Have a commercial basic education and further training in the HR field
• Can look back on several years of experience in a similar role
• Have already been responsible for personnel administration including payroll (knowledge of Abacus is an advantage)
• Are familiar with Swiss labor law and master the German language in written and spoken
• Value the support of AI and use common sense in this
• Are used to working concentratedly and setting the right priorities
• Enjoy working with people and supporting their professional development.
