Mission
Lead strategic and operational HR for our international Competence Center Compact Sweepers and be a part of the Management Team. Ensure the right people are in the right places at the right time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategy
• Act as a sparring partner for the Managing Director and Management Team
• Succession planning, talent management, and organizational development
• Develop and promote High Potentials
• Lead change and transformation projects
• Manage HR Business Partners in Germany and Latvia
• Serve as HR Business Partner for the Swiss location
• Be the contact person for employees and management on complex HR issues

Profile

• Several years of experience in Human Resources Management
• Experience in an industrial environment
• Strategic thinker with strong implementation skills
• Excellent communication and consulting skills
• Fluent in German and English
• Passionate about people and sustainable organizational development
