HR Specialist, 80-100% (m/w/d)

Central contact point for multiple companies. We are looking for a trustworthy, competent, and solution-oriented HR professional for our client – an association of several companies with diverse professions. In this key role, you will actively shape HR, work closely with the team, and take responsibility for the professional support of employees and managers.

Tasks

  • Manage personnel administration
  • Oversee payroll and social insurance
  • Support recruitment and deployment planning
  • Advise employees and supervisors on HR and management issues
  • Guide apprentices and trainers, and foster staff development
  • Organize personnel events and manage commission hours and expenses
  • Contribute to company culture, change management, and strategic HR projects
  • Participate in HR strategy, organizational planning, and budget creation
  • Drive digitalization and optimize all HR processes

Profile

  • Commercial education with HR training (federal diploma or equivalent)
  • Several years of experience in HR
  • Proficient in MS Office and Abacus
  • Strong communication, assertive, resilient, and team-oriented personality
  • Independent, precise, and solution-oriented working style with connected thinking and action
  • German: fluent, any additional language is a plus
