You want to take on responsibility and take the next career step? Do you have solid HR experience, lead projects confidently, and want to further develop your competencies? Then an exciting leadership position awaits you in our diverse Sports Office team with around 1,400 employees.

Together with your three-person team, you will ensure professional, efficient, and customer-oriented HR services and continuously develop them. You will design modern HR processes, actively participate in day-to-day operations, and make an important contribution to a future-oriented HR organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR services along the entire Employee Life Cycle
• Ensure high service, quality, and legal compliance
• Actively participate in operational HR everyday life and continuously develop HR services
• Lead HR projects and change initiatives
• Lead, support, and develop the team with trust and appreciation
• Collaborate solution-oriented with internal and external stakeholders

Profile

• University degree or equivalent education with further training in HRM
• Several years of professional experience in HR services
• Experience in optimizing and digitizing HR processes
• Structured, independent, and service-oriented working style
• Successful implementation of HR services projects
• Leadership experience is welcome

About us

The Sports Office is a service department of the Education and Sports Department of the City of Zurich. It is the competence center for sports promotion and provides sports facilities, halls, and swimming pools for the active population and clubs. Organizing compulsory swimming lessons and voluntary school sports is also part of the core tasks of the Sports Office. With targeted information, the Sports Office motivates more movement and advises and supports sports organizations.
