HR Person 80-100% (m/w/d)

Serve as a central point of contact for multiple companies.

For our client – an association of several companies across various professional fields – we are looking for a trustworthy, competent, and solution-oriented HR personality. In this key role, you will actively shape HR, collaborate closely with the team, and take responsibility for professional care of employees and managers.

Your Tasks

• Manage personnel administration
• Oversee payroll and social insurance matters
• Support recruitment and workforce planning
• Advise employees and supervisors on all HR and leadership issues
• Support trainees and trainers and promote personnel development
• Organize personnel events and process commission hours and expenses
• Contribute to corporate culture, change management, and strategic HR projects
• Engage in HR strategy, organizational planning, and prepare the personnel budget
• Advance digitalization and optimize all HR processes

Your Profile

• Commercial basic education with further training in the HR sector (federal certificate or equivalent)
• Several years of professional experience in personnel management
• Knowledge of MS Office and Abacus
• Strong communication, assertive, resilient, and team-oriented personality
• Independent, accurate, and solution-oriented working style with connected thinking and action
• Proficient in German; any additional language is a plus
