HR Manager & Services – Member of Management

You are not an HR strategist developing processes only from the office. You are where the company lives. You get involved, lead with heart and mind, and are a sparring partner for management, team leaders, and employees. Your activities:

• You take overall operational responsibility for the entire HR area.
• You lead the HR department with five employees and the cleaning team (3 members).
• You advise management and operational leadership on all HR issues.
• You manage recruitment from A to Z – from job postings to interviews to successful placements.
• You support employees in all HR matters and are an important contact person in daily operations.
• You ensure professional payroll with your team for around 200 employees.
• You are responsible for work and residence permits, contracts, references, and correspondence with authorities and social insurances.
• You coordinate the in-house staff accommodations, including key management.
• You develop the wage policy including the bonus system and contribute your own ideas.
• You devise creative measures for long-term employee retention (e.g., organization of company and employee events).
• You are an important member of the weekly personnel and management meetings.

Requirements:

• HR qualification (HR specialist, HR manager NDS, etc.) with several years of leadership experience.
• Hands-on mentality with pragmatic solution orientation and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Sound knowledge in payroll, labor law and social insurances.
• Empathetic demeanor combined with natural assertiveness.
• Independent, precise and structured working style.
• Very good German and good English skills.
• Confident use of MS Office, SwissSalary and Mobatime are advantageous.
• Driving license category B.
• Enjoys a lively and dynamic work environment.
