At Walde Immobilien, we have been thrilling our clients for over 40 years with exceptional commitment, personal appreciation, and high professionalism in the marketing of residential and investment properties. For our headquarters in Zollikon, we are looking for a strategically minded, entrepreneurial, and integrative leadership personality as HR Manager. In this role, you will oversee the entire HR area and position it as a strategic business partner for management. You will actively shape our HR strategy, further develop the organization and culture, and accompany us through a phase of transformation and digitization.
Your main tasks
- Develop and implement a forward-looking HR strategy with a focus on digitalization, AI, and organizational development.
- Position HR as an active sparring partner for management and advise leaders on strategic and operational issues.
- Further develop the HR system landscape (especially HiBob) and establish a data-driven HR management (KPIs, People Analytics).
- Overall responsibility for recruiting, including coordination, active participation in the process, and empowerment and support of supervisors.
- Further development of employer branding in close collaboration with marketing and positioning as an attractive employer in the market.
- Establish structured talent management and succession planning processes for key positions.
- Ensure efficient, legally compliant HR processes and advise on labor law issues.
- Actively participate in daily HR operations, especially in central HR initiatives, complex individual cases, and further process development.
- Lead and further develop the HR team and promote a performance-oriented and service-oriented team culture.
Your profile
- Completed studies (University / FH) with a focus on HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar.
- Several years of experience in a strategically oriented HR function with direct influence on corporate development.
- Proven leadership experience, especially in change processes and organizational development.
- Solid knowledge of labor law and HR compliance.
- High affinity for digital HR solutions, HR IT systems, and data-driven management.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to position HR as an effective business partner at management level.
- Trustworthy, integral, and communicatively strong personality with a high presence in the organization.
