As an innovative company in the field of civil engineering and cable technology with around 280 employees at several locations, we passionately create modern infrastructure. To strengthen our management, we are looking for a committed and entrepreneurial personality as an HR Manager (m/w/d).
Responsibilities
- Responsible for operational and strategic HR management
- Ensure professional personnel administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Further develop modern HR processes, policies, and standards
- Organize and conduct internal training on labor law, compliance, and HR topics
- Create HR metrics, reports, and analyses for management
- Act as a sparring partner for managers and employees on all HR questions
- Actively participate in management
- Support the CEO in administrative and organizational matters
Requirements
- Experience in HR, ideally with management responsibilities
- Solid knowledge of labor law; experience with GAVs in the construction or network infrastructure sector is advantageous
- Very good German and good English skills (at least C1)
- High social competence, trustworthiness, and assertiveness
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
- Enjoy developing things further and taking responsibility
