We are looking for a dedicated person for the independent management of our HR department, combining operational competence with a joy for people and change processes.

Your tasks

• Responsible for the entire recruitment process – from job posting to candidate selection to hiring
• Responsible for all operational HR processes – from entry to exit
• Ensuring correct payroll processing, including social insurance and withholding tax
• Consulting and supporting management, leaders, and employees on HR-related and labor law issues
• Management of staffing plans and participation in personnel budgeting and HR controlling
• Coordination with insurance, authorities, and external partners
• Further development and simplification of our HR processes and accompanying changes in the context of strategic development

Your profile

• Training as an HR specialist with federal diploma or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in operational HR, particularly in payroll administration and Swiss labor law
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Enjoyment of a varied role, in which you can work operationally and take on responsibilities
• Discretion, social competence, and clear, appreciative communication
• Good IT application knowledge - experience with NEXUS is an advantage
