HR Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a HR Manager 80-100% at our location in Zurich.

MOTIVATING TASKS

You lead an HR team of two employees and actively work in operational daily business. You are responsible for the professional management of all HR topics at ILF Switzerland.
You continuously develop HR management at ILF Switzerland and align HR activities with the goals of the ILF Group. You advise and support managers and employees on all personnel issues and contribute to modern, practical, and service-oriented personnel work.
Your tasks include managing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to personnel and talent development, to exits. You also handle legal questions and support managers in complex employee matters.
You actively participate in payroll processing, the handling of social insurances, and the preparation of evaluations and reports for management.
In addition, you develop HR policies, processes, and tools, and actively shape topics such as employer branding, leadership development, digitization, and employee development.

QUALIFICATIONS THAT CONVINCE

You have completed commercial training and further education as an HR specialist with a federal certificate or a comparable qualification, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration.
You bring several years of experience in a generalist or managerial HR function, ideally in the construction, engineering, or planning industry.
You have sound knowledge of labor law and social security and are characterized by strong consulting and communication skills.
Your high social competence and confident demeanor enable you to successfully collaborate with employees and managers at all hierarchical levels.
You are very familiar with HR systems, ideally Abacus, payroll, as well as time management and reporting tools.
Fluent German and very good English skills round off your profile.
