HR Manager (80%)

For the central secretariat of ATE Switzerland in Bern, we are looking for an HR Manager (80%) starting October 1, 2026.

What you do with us:

• You are fully responsible for operational and strategic HR processes.
• Ensure compliance with legal provisions and personnel regulations.
• Collaborate with team leaders on recruitment processes, from job posting to contract signing.
• Serve as the contact person for approximately 70 employees on all HR-related questions.
• Advise and support management and cantonal sections on all personnel, management, and development matters.
• Oversee employee promotions and train a business apprentice.
• Manage all social insurance queries and overall personnel administration in collaboration with the accounting department.

What you bring:

• You hold a federal diploma as a Specialist in Human Resources or equivalent training.
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in HR, preferably in the non-profit and/or associative sector.
• You are a communicative and open person, with good negotiation skills and assertiveness.
• Your mother tongue is French or German, and you have very good knowledge of the other language.
• You are keen on digital solutions and master MS Office as well as ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SwissSalary would be an asset).
• You identify with the goals of ATE.
