We support our customers - a nationwide insurance company in Switzerland - in filling this current position. We are looking for a committed and experienced HR Manager (100%) immediately or by appointment.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic and operational responsibility for all HR processes within the company (Payroll and HR Services, Recruitment, etc.)
  • Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a member of the management team
  • Leading a team of 5-10 employees
  • Development and implementation of HR strategies to support corporate goals
  • Advising and supporting leaders on all personnel-related issues
  • Recruitment, onboarding, and development of employees
  • Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements and internal policies
  • Promoting a positive corporate culture and employee retention
  • Responsibility for personnel administration and payroll
  • Reporting and analysis of HR metrics
  • Developing your team to promote autonomy and performance orientation

Profile

  • Completed studies in business administration, psychology, or a comparable qualification with a focus on human resource management
  • Several years of experience in a comparable position, ideally in a dynamic environment (banking and/or insurance advantageous)
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • High social competence and assertiveness
  • Structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Charismatic and empathetic with a lot of energy, clear leadership, setting priorities, a team player, and able to communicate effectively on various business levels
