Our client, the Weidli Foundation in Stans (NW), is a non-profit organization that supports adults with disabilities in their inclusion. It offers various living arrangements, workplaces, and daily structures to enable as self-determined a life as possible. Around 160 employees are committed to this mission daily. Due to the retirement of the long-term incumbent, we are seeking a team-oriented as well as organizational and communication-strong leader starting from March 1, 2027.

Your tasks

• Shape the HR strategy and further develop the foundation.
• Lead the HR department and participate in management.
• Advise the line management and support employees in protected work settings.
• Recruit professionals, trainees, and civil service personnel.
• Ensure personnel administration and collaboration with external stakeholders.
• Develop regulations, HR fundamentals, and processes.
• Responsible for the salary system, budget, and the training system.
• Co-design personnel events and further develop the team.

Your profile

• Completed higher professional education in the field of Human Resources.
• Several years of solid HR leadership experience, ideally in the private sector.
• Comprehensive experience in recruitment, line advising, and case management/BGM.
• Empathetic, integral, and resilient personality with high social competence.
• Negotiation strong with stylistically secure, clear, and target group-oriented communication.
• High digital affinity and skilled in dealing with established IT systems.
