HR Assistant with SRK Training

The Spitex Oberes Seetal is a public home care service with around 30 employees offering services in the areas of nursing, wound care, support, and housekeeping.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged and versatile personality as HR Assistant with SRK Training 60% and holiday replacement. A varied combination!

You will primarily support our team in the HR and administration area and additionally take on care assignments in the context of your SRK training. The care assignments will take place on Friday mornings and, if required, for 1-2 other assignments per week or as vacation replacement. Your main tasks

• Manage the reception and telephone center, serving as the first point of contact for clients, doctors, hospitals, and internal staff.
• Support in HR and personnel matters.
• Manage and maintain membership as well as organize acknowledgements.
• Assist management and core services with various administrative tasks.
• Participate in various projects and organizational tasks.
• Support employees with IT application inquiries.
• Manage client admissions and discharges.
• Conduct care assignments as part of SRK services.

You bring:

• Extensive experience in HR.
• Good IT application skills and enthusiasm for supporting employees with inquiries.
• Experience with the Spitex software Perigon is an advantage.
• A dynamic, flexible, and eager-to-learn personality.
• Joy in varied tasks and working on new projects.
• Excellent German skills in spoken and written (at least level C2).
• Both modules of the SRK course and the required internship completed successfully.
