Your Responsibilities
In this diverse role, you will be responsible for our HR holistically - from operational implementation to strategic development. With your empathy for people, you will support employees and leaders equally and set impulses for a strong corporate culture.
- Responsibility for the entire HR lifecycle - from recruiting to onboarding to exit.
- Responsibility for HR administration, payroll, and social insurance.
- Advising and supporting employees and leaders in all HR matters.
- Promoting a respectful and trusting corporate culture and accompanying change processes.
- Designing and optimizing HR processes and tools to support our corporate strategy.
- Observing relevant HR developments and introducing new ideas to continuously evolve our HR.
Your Profile
You are an empathetic and authentic personality with a good understanding of people and organizations and bring the following:
- A solid qualification in HR, for example, as an HR specialist with federal diploma or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience as an HR generalist or in a comparable role with overall responsibility.
- Enjoy extending strategic topics while also being hands-on in operational everyday tasks.
- A strong intuition for people, high social competence, and pronounced communication skills.
- A structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style.
- Team spirit, initiative, and the ability to engage people for common goals.
