You are a strong HR personality with a willingness to shape? Then we offer you the chance to actively shape a holistic and modern HR management! Together with management, you will further develop our HR strategy and ensure its efficient operational implementation. In doing so, you will analyze, optimize, and harmonize all HR processes together with your team.

Your main tasks:

• Overall responsibility for all operational HR processes as well as leadership of the HR team
• Creation and continuous development of HR regulations, manuals, and personnel planning in compliance with legal requirements
• Independent execution of payroll processing and payroll controlling
• Handling of all social insurance and pension fund topics
• Processing of annual accountings (insurance, taxes etc.)
• Handling sickness and accident payments, maternity compensations, and EO payments
• Participation in HR administration and year-end closing
• Coordination with financial accounting and participation in company-wide projects

What you bring:

• Completed commercial education or hotel management school
• At least 5 years of professional experience in payroll and leadership
• Further education in Human Resources and/or social insurance - ideally with federal diploma as HR manager
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Discretion and high reliability are a matter of course for you
• Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
• Solid experience with payroll programs
• Independent, structured working style combined with pronounced team spirit
