We are a publicly traded and growth-oriented corporate group active in financial services, fiduciary services, and real estate. With around 60 employees at several locations in Switzerland, we operate in a demanding and partially regulated environment.

Role

As Head of Human Resources (m/f/d), we are looking for a committed, pragmatic, and entrepreneurial personality to strategically and operationally shape Human Resources and act as a trusted sparring partner for management and executives.

Your Tasks

In this multifaceted key position, you will take overall responsibility for the HR area and actively shape its further development, bringing in your ideas, setting impulses, and ensuring professional and future-oriented personnel work.

  • Advising and supporting the management and executives in all HR-related issues
  • Further development of HR processes, regulations, tools, and governance structures
  • Searching, winning, and long-term development of employees
  • Leading and accompanying organizational, change, and HR projects
  • Promoting a modern corporate culture and further developing the organization

Your Profile

You have several years of experience in Human Resources Management, ideally in a leadership role or in a position with comparable responsibility.

What You Bring

  • Experience in a regulated environment, e.g. in financial services, fiduciary services, real estate, or similar industries
  • Completed HR training; a degree (FH, HF, or University)
  • Practical experience in project management, organizational development, change management, and process optimization
  • Solid knowledge of labor, social security, and personnel law
  • High affinity for digital tools, HR systems, and modern working methods
