Head of Human Resources

For our client, an established Swiss service company, we are looking for an experienced and convincing HR leader. You can expect a versatile key role, where you act closely with management, lead a dedicated team, and further develop the HR organization with your ideas and expertise.

Your Tasks

• Overall responsibility for the HR department as well as professional and personnel leadership of the team as a member of the management team.
• Advise management, executives, and employees on personnel-related, strategic, and labor law issues.
• Continuous further development of HR strategy, processes, and structures for modern and professional HR work.
• Actively shape HR projects with a focus on employer branding and organizational development.
• Ensure high service quality together with the team and provide operational support as needed.

Your Profile

• Several years of HR experience in a complex, personnel-intensive, and demanding service environment, as well as proven leadership and advisory competence.
• Solid HR training with further education at FH, MAS, MBA, or comparable level.
• Extensive HR expertise, particularly in Swiss labor law and operational HR, as well as a good understanding of economic contexts.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic vision, and the ability to implement ideas pragmatically and effectively.
• Empathetic, integral, and decisive personality who inspires people, creates clarity, and acts confidently even in challenging situations.
