Your Tasks

• Lead and develop the five-member HR Services team professionally and personally.
• Ensure professional HR administration and high service quality throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
• Responsible for correct and timely payroll processing.
• Actively shape the strategic development of our HR Services and initiate innovative HR solutions.
• Optimize, standardize, and digitize HR processes and evolve the HR system landscape.
• Ensure compliance with labor, social insurance, data protection, and internal regulations and standards.
• Lead HR projects and drive change and digitization initiatives successfully.
• Responsible for the further development of HR governance, compliance, and quality standards within HR Services.

Your Profile

• A solid HR education with further training at the HR specialist level, HR management, MAS Human Resources Management, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in a comparable position, including leadership experience.
• Very good knowledge of Swiss labor and social insurance law.
• Experience in payroll and working with HR systems, ideally ABACUS, UKA, and Flowit.
• A passion for actively shaping changes and promoting digitization.
• A pronounced process understanding and a structured, solution-oriented working style.
• A winning personality with high service orientation, discretion, and implementation power.
