Our client, Stiftung Weidli in Stans (NW), is a nonprofit institution supporting adults with disabilities in their inclusion, offering various living arrangements, workplaces, and daytime structures to enable a self-determined life. Around 160 employees are engaged daily for this mission. Due to the retirement of the long-standing position holder, we are looking for a team-oriented, strong organizational and communication leader starting 1st March 2027.

Your Responsibilities

• Shape the HR strategy and develop the foundation
• Lead the HR department and participate in management
• Advise line management and support employees in protected work placements
• Recruit professionals, trainees, and civil service personnel
• Ensure personnel administration and collaboration with external stakeholders
• Develop regulations, HR fundamentals, and processes
• Responsible for payroll system, budget, and apprenticeship management
• Co-create HR events and develop the team

Your Profile

• Completed higher vocational education in Human Resources
• Several years of solid HR leadership experience, ideally in the private sector
• Extensive experience in recruitment, line consulting, and case management/BGM
• Empathetic, integral, and resilient personality with high social competence
• Strong negotiation skills with stylish, clear, and target group-oriented communication
• Highly digitally savvy and proficient in established IT systems
