The Parkhotel Gunten is a popular 3-star superior hotel directly on Lake Thun with a unique location and special atmosphere. We employ around 60 employees here, including 40. Together with the Parkresidenz and the nursing home Des Alpes in Merligen, we belong to the GEFAB Cooperative - an organization that consciously connects and develops different business worlds. We are looking for a/n Responsible HR (40-60%) from June 1st or by agreement.
Your Tasks
- Responsibility for all operational HR work (entry, support, exit, administration).
- Leading and ensuring efficient and correct personnel administration including contracts, changes, payroll, social insurances, and collaboration with external parties.
- Actively support and advise managers on all HR questions of daily life.
- Responsibility for the recruitment process - from requirement clarification to filling positions.
- Accompany challenging personnel situations (e.g., discussions, absences, labor law topics).
- Ensure compliance with labor law requirements as well as the maintenance and further development of regulations and HR fundamentals.
- Build and maintain HR key figures and evaluations as a basis for informed decisions.
- Additionally, contribute to the further development of HR topics, structures, and standards within GEFAB and contribute to a uniform, future-oriented personnel work.
What You Bring
- Education in Human Resources (e.g., HR specialist certificate or comparable).
- Several years of experience in a broadly positioned HR function.
- Solid knowledge of labor law and HR processes.
- Enjoyment of operational, hands-on HR work with direct contact with employees and managers.
- High service orientation, discretion, and sense of responsibility.
- Strong communication skills and high social competence.
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working.
- Interest in working in an environment that connects hospitality and care.
- Very good German language skills.
