Payroll & HR-Administration Specialist 50-70%

Join Spitäler fmi AG with over 1,600 employees, which includes the two acute hospitals Interlaken and Frutigen, the psychiatry department, the health center in Meiringen, senior centers in Frutigen and Interlaken, the emergency service with five locations, the walk-in clinic in Interlaken, and various practices. As a modern hospital group, we ensure outpatient and inpatient, multidisciplinary medical and psychiatric care in eastern and central Berner Oberland.

Your Responsibilities

  • Co-responsibility for accurate, timely payroll processing
  • Ensure correct billing of all social insurances (including BVG)
  • Create and review employment contracts
  • Comprehensive support of administrative processes from onboarding to offboarding
  • Maintain and update personnel data in the ERP system and ensure data quality
  • Actively support the HR team in operational daily business

Your Qualifications

  • Commercial basic education (EFZ) with HR further education (minimum HR Assistant)
  • Several years of experience in payroll
  • Solid knowledge of social insurance systems
  • Experience with ERP systems an advantage (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
  • Work precisely, structured, and think proactively
  • Team-oriented, communicative, and reliable personality
