To strengthen our team in Bern, we are offering an internship in HR administration starting immediately or from July/August 2026.

The internship offers the possibility of subsequent permanent employment.

Responsibilities

As a team member, you will support the departments in all HR administrative matters. You will actively participate in the management of the application management system (BMS), create employment contracts, and process the timesheets of the specialists.

You will record and process SUVA and sick leave notifications in case management.

As a point of contact, you will be in phone and personal contact with job seekers and temporary employees.

You will assist in the implementation of projects as well as in company and employee events.

You will process mail, manage office and consumables, and perform various purchases for the office.

Profile

Are you an open-minded person with a completed commercial education who wants to establish yourself in Human Resources?
