HR Leadership with a hands-on mentality

Interim Head of HR (m/w) 100%

For a clearly limited interim mandate at an industrial company with around 400 employees in the Basel region, we are looking for an experienced, pragmatic, and hands-on oriented HR personality who is responsible for and manages the operational HR business for 3 to 4 months. The start is immediate or by agreement.

Your Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the operational HR daily business and management of 2 employees
• Ensuring and supporting payroll processes
• Consulting with management and employees on all HR issues
• Handling labor law matters and ensuring compliance with relevant legal requirements
• Responsibility for the entire HR lifecycle – from onboarding and departures to contracts and changes to handling all further HR processes.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in operational HR, in a managerial role
• Very good knowledge of payroll and Swiss labor law
• Independent, solution-oriented, and pragmatic work style
• Strong hands-on mentality and the ability to quickly adapt to existing structures
• Confident and professional demeanor towards employees and managers
• High reliability and implementation strength
