Description

For our client in Niederweningen, we are looking for a reliable and conscientious Human Resources Manager. This is a direct permanent position that can be started by February 1, 2027 at the latest.

Tasks

• Develop and implement HR strategy in collaboration with management
• Advise management, leaders, and employees on HR issues
• Responsible for talent management, succession planning, and organizational development
• Lead change and transformation projects
• Provide technical guidance to HR Business Partners in Germany and Latvia
• Support the Swiss location as an HR Business Partner

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as an HR manager in Switzerland in an industrial environment
• International experience
• Commercial training with HR further education
• Good understanding of change processes and modern organizational development
• IT affinity
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written
• Age: 35-45 years
• Willingness to work in Latvia for 1 week every 2 months.
