Responsibilities
- Lead a small, cohesive HR team and competently advocate HR topics during management meetings, ensuring the smooth operation of HR administration.
- Implement current personnel policies at OFPER, develop corporate culture, and contribute to organizational development.
- Professionally advise and support hierarchical superiors throughout the HR life cycle and during change processes.
- Conduct personnel cost planning and controlling.
- Lead projects and working groups or actively participate in interdisciplinary projects.
Requirements
- University degree or advanced vocational training in human resource management; several years of experience in a similar function, ideally within federal administration.
- Very good knowledge of HR processes; practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
- Excellent advisory and communication skills, ability to support hierarchical superiors as a strategic partner.
- High stress resistance, synthesis skills, results-oriented working methods, and interest in being a change agent.
- Practical mindset to approach operational tasks pragmatically.
- Very good written and oral proficiency in two official languages, ideally with passive knowledge of a third.
