For the Central Services (Legal and Staff Service) department, we are looking for a Human Resources Employee, 60-80%, for a limited period of 12 months at the Solothurn location.

Your Responsibilities

You will support the HR managers and leaders of the office with administrative and organizational tasks in the personnel area.

  • Prepare and review job postings and descriptions.
  • Participate in the development and documentation of internal processes.
  • Ensure up-to-date, uniform electronic personnel file management in accordance with cantonal framework conditions.

Your Profile

You are a service-oriented, flexible, and committed personality with commercial basic training and further training as an HR Assistant with HRSE certification or a comparable qualification. You also bring several years of professional experience, particularly in the areas of personnel administration and recruitment.

You possess a flair for project, change, and organizational management and have a high ICT affinity. You have good organizational and planning skills, editorial abilities, and a high degree of integrity and discretion.

An accurate and independent working style, as well as high social competence and good communication skills, complete your profile.
