Human Resources Director

Our client is a leading banking institution in Switzerland with a national and international operational environment. In this key position, you will report directly to the CEO and act as a trustworthy sparring partner for management.

Your main responsibilities:

• Take overall responsibility for all HR matters in Switzerland and partially in the EMEA area, actively shaping growth, culture, and organization.
• Further development and implementation of a future-oriented HR strategy.
• Consulting on management and organizational issues.
• Leading and expanding a committed HR team.
• Responsibility for central HR processes (Performance, Talent, Compensation, Leadership).
• Active participation in operational HR (key recruitments, complex personnel issues).
• Ensuring the highest standards in compliance and HR governance.
• Building modern HR structures, systems, and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
• Promoting a performance-oriented, entrepreneurial corporate culture.

Your profile:

• Several years of leadership experience in a senior HR role (ideally in financial services or similar fields).
• Proven strength in consulting top management and decision-makers.
• Strategic mindset combined with practical implementation strength.
• Expertise in organizational development, talent and performance management.
• Solid knowledge of labor law - international experience is a plus.
• Fluent in German and English, spoken and written.
• Confident appearance, high integrity, and trustworthiness.
