HR Services Manager
Collaboration You support the area, department, and team leaders responsible for employee management. You take on diverse tasks together with your team and other teams.
Daily Work Here’s a first glimpse of your varied tasks:
- Planning and organization: Contribute to employer branding, lead/join HR projects, support in annual planning and operational implementation in the HR area.
- Occupational Health Management: Responsible for our certifications (e.g., Friendly Workspace), absence management.
- Recruiting: Update job profiles, lead planning of recruitment measures, support internal/external recruiters.
- On-/Offboarding: Contact from the interview to the end of the probation period, coordinate coaching measures.
- Individual Employee Development: Support in promotion processes, talent management, internal HR communication.
Your Background To grow professionally and personally with this task, you bring the following:
- Higher education in Business Administration and/or HR management (minimum HR specialist with federal diploma).
- High social competence and good communication skills.
- Understanding of a professional organization that also takes responsibility for employee management.
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role in a demanding service sector.
