Celonic has a state-of-the-art Development and Innovation Center in Basel, Switzerland (headquarters), and clinical and commercial GMP manufacturing facilities in Heidelberg, Germany. Celonic offers comprehensive services from cell line development, through the development and optimization of production processes, all the way through to clinical and commercial GMP manufacturing of biopharmaceutical active ingredients (antibodies, bispecifics and other complex proteins). THE POSITION

The HR Services Lead together with the HR Services Specialist provides administrative personnel support to employees, managers, and HR Business Partners at Celonic AG throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring to off boarding. This role includes processing employee data and contract changes, managing time tracking and absences, handling employee inquiries, and maintaining HR databases. The HR Services Lead also supports HR policy implementation and process improvements, ensuring compliance with Swiss labor law and internal regulations.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the HR Services function to support the organization throughout the employee lifecycle from hiring to off boarding.
  • Process changes in employee information, contracts, agreements, and terminations in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Lead employee inquiries related to HR services and administration.
  • Provide guidance on labor law, tax, and social security matters.
  • Manage time tracking and absence records in our HR systems.
  • Support HR Business Partners and managers with case management (e.g., long-term sickness or special personal situations) by providing accurate information and analysis.
  • Responsible for the administration and reporting of employee absences and accidents in collaboration with external partners and Payroll.
  • Maintain HR databases to ensure accurate and timely reporting to Finance, Management, and external authorities.
  • Support HR policy implementation and process improvements while ensuring compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and industry best practices.
