HR Section Leader
Evang.- Ref. Kirchgemeinde Höfe
Lead the HR department in a service-oriented manner.
Details
HR Section Leader (80 - 100 %)
In order for people to fulfill their service, it relies on people. People who preach, make music, organize, accompany, visit, manage, plan, pray, and get to work. It takes people in the background who support, coordinate, accompany, and create the framework so that others can fulfill their service with joy and clarity.
For our Evangelical-Reformed parish, we are therefore looking for a committed personality as the

What Is Important to Us
We are not just looking for an HR specialist; we are seeking a personality that understands that the church operates differently than many other organizations. Good HR work in the church means creating the framework so that people can live their vocation and fulfill their mission.
