HR Operations Manager 80-100% (m/w/d)

Lead the HR department including payroll in a key role in the Central Swiss food industry. You will manage the department with professionalism, integrity, and a people-oriented approach.

Your Tasks

• Lead the HR department including payroll and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Responsible for the entire payroll including controls, evaluations, and interface management.
• Execute the recruitment and onboarding process from A-Z.
• Manage multilingual contract issues including adjustments, templates, and legal compliance.
• Clarify personnel law issues and ensure accurate implementation.
• Implement HR applications and integrate them into existing IT systems.
• Organize and conduct personnel events and internal activities.
• Support fleet management.
• Create reports for management and prepare relevant key figures.
• Promote employee development and strengthen workplace health management.
• Lead small HR teams including payroll.

Your Profile

• Commercial basic education, additional training as an HR specialist or higher business qualification.
• Several years of experience in a comparable function.
• Solid knowledge in payroll, social security, and labor law.
• Service-oriented, responsible, and communicative leader with independent, solution-oriented, efficient, and precise working style.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
• German: Fluent C2 / Swiss German: Very good knowledge (C1) / Italian: Knowledge is an advantage.
