Manage HR strategy with a focus on recruitment, advice, and ongoing development. Our client, Stiftung Weidli in Stans (NW), is a non-profit institution supporting adults with disabilities, helping them lead inclusive lives. They offer various residential forms, workplaces, and daily structures to enable self-determined living. Around 160 employees actively participate in this mission. Due to the retirement of a long-standing employee, we are seeking a team-oriented, organizationally and communicatively strong leader starting March 1, 2027.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop HR strategy and further develop the foundation.
• Lead the HR department and collaborate in management.
• Advise and support employees at the protected workplace.
• Recruit specialists, trainees, and civil service employees.
• Ensure personnel administration and collaborate with external stakeholders.
• Develop regulations, HR foundations, and processes.
• Responsible for payroll systems, budgeting, and apprenticeship management.
• Participate in HR events and help develop the team.

Your Profile

• Completed higher vocational training in Human Resources.
• Several years of substantial HR leadership experience, ideally in the private sector.
• Comprehensive experience in recruitment, line advisory, and case management/BGM.
• Empathetic, integrative, and resilient personality with high social competence.
• Strong negotiator with clear, targeted communication skills.
• High digital affinity and proficient in established IT systems.
