HR Manager

With the expansion of our gastronomy and year-round train operation, the personnel area is becoming more versatile. As an HR Manager, you will be the central contact person for our employees and managers and actively shape the HR area of Niederhornbahn.

Your Tasks:

• Advise managers and employees on HR and labor law issues.
• Independent personnel administration from entry to exit.
• Manage and accompany the recruitment process.
• Handle social insurance and HR topics.
• Collaborate and contribute to HR projects.
• Deputy finance and responsible for data protection.
• Member of the extended management team.

What You Bring:

• HR specialist with federal diploma.
• Commercial basic education and professional experience in HR.
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented personality.
• High level of responsibility and pronounced organizational talent.
• Confident handling of MS Office; Abacus knowledge is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AZG (Railway) and L-GAV (Gastro) is an advantage.
• Team spirit and enjoyment of collaboration.
