Position Details

Ittigen, Switzerland (and Homeoffice) | 80-100%

Key Contributions

• Lead, support, and develop a six-member, well-established HR team.
• Create and manage a modern, efficient, and transparent personnel management system, including personnel cost management.
• Participate in the further development of the personnel policy of the federal and departmental governments, providing tools and foundations for personnel political decisions and effectively implementing them.
• Advise executives on labor law topics and questions of organizational development along the personnel cycle.
• Collaborate in operational personnel processes.

Qualifications

• Completed HR diploma or equivalent HR training/experience, with leadership experience, preferably in federal administration.
• Interest in labor law topics and experience in controlling.
• Strategic, interconnected thinking as well as pronounced conceptual and editorial skills.
• High social competence along with advisory and communication skills.
• Good active knowledge of at least one other official language and passive knowledge of a third official language along with good English skills.
