Our client is a leading banking institution in Switzerland with a national and international operational environment. In this key role, you will report directly to the CEO and act as a trusted sparring partner for the management team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assume overall responsibility for all HR topics in Switzerland and partially in the EMEA region, actively shaping growth, culture, and organization.
• Further develop and implement a future-oriented HR strategy.
• Advise on leadership and organizational topics.
• Lead and expand a committed HR team.
• Take responsibility for central HR processes (Performance, Talent, Compensation, Leadership).
• Actively participate in operational HR (key recruitments, complex personnel issues).
• Ensure the highest standards in compliance and HR governance.
• Build modern HR structures, systems, and data-driven decision-making bases.
• Promote a performance-oriented, entrepreneurial corporate culture.

Your Profile:

• Several years of management experience in a senior HR role (ideally in financial services or similar fields).
• Proven strengths in advising top management and decision-makers.
• Strategic thinking combined with pragmatic implementation strengths.
• Expertise in organizational development, talent, and performance management.
• Solid knowledge of labor law - international experience is a plus.
• Negotiation proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Confident presence, high integrity, and trustworthiness.
