HR-Generalist:in / Team Lead (80-100%)

I am looking for a committed, structured, and service-oriented personality to ensure personnel administration and lead the HR department operationally and passionately for an established family business in the field of sustainable food. All employees in my client’s company address each other informally, as flat hierarchies and honest communication at eye level are a lived reality.
I am looking for an experienced individual as HR-Generalist:in / Team Lead (80-100%).

YOUR AREA OF IMPACT

• Team lead of the HR department and ensuring the entire personnel administration
• Management and maintenance of the recruitment tool including creation and publication of job postings
• Support for sectors "Personnel", "Attendance Times" and "Holiday Requests"
• Assistance in recruiting auxiliary, specialist, and managerial staff, as well as in personnel development and support
• Coordination and organisation of employee anniversaries, retirements, and farewells
• Main responsibility for the training of apprentices
• Registration, accounting, and monitoring of pension funds, KTG, UVG, and SVA as well as supervision of personnel insurances
• Further development and digitisation of HR processes in close collaboration with finance & HR management

OUR DESIRED PROFILE

• Swiss Federal Certificate of HR Specialist or comparable basic training
• Leadership experience in a similar role, ideally in a food processing company
• In-depth knowledge in personnel administration and social security law
• Confident handling of ERP systems (Odoo, Aplix beneficial)
• Open and integral personality with convincing communication skills, high service orientation, and precise linguistic expression
• Sustainability, organic production, and social action hold significant importance in personal life
• Residence: Ideally Greater Zurich City – Oberland – Obersee region
