For our HR & Communications department in Oensingen, we are looking for a personality, by agreement, to drive personnel development, the digitalization of our HR processes, and recruiting together with your team.

Your Role

• Leading the HR team for development, projects, and recruiting (2-3 employees)
• Continuous development and modernization of HR processes, employer branding, and advising leaders on general HR topics and personnel selection
• Designing offers for personnel and leadership development, from leadership training to succession planning
• Leading HR projects and digitalizing processes like on- and offboarding, employee reviews, or work certificates
• Simplifying processes and interfaces in HR, controlled by meaningful key figures

Your Profile

• Higher education (FH, HF, or university) in HR or a comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of HR experience in personnel development, employer branding, recruiting, and leadership experience
• Experience in the digitalization of HR processes, ABACUS knowledge is an advantage
• Security in project and process management
• Pragmatic, implementation-oriented style and enjoyment of changes
