Your Tasks

• Responsibility for managing time and absence management
• Perform various HR tasks in the onboarding and offboarding process
• Create job postings, employment contracts, confirmations, work references as well as obtaining permits, registrations, cancellations with social insurances, etc.
• Independently manage payroll of a subsidiary
• Support in personnel development (organizing training, processing training plans, creating further education agreements)
• Organize and coordinate business trips, meetings, and events
• Collaborate on implementing HR projects
• Take on further various HR and administrative tasks

• Completed commercial training with an affinity and first experience in HR
• Resilience, organizational skills, and independence
• Loyal and communicative personality
• Independent, reliable, and service-oriented working style
• Good IT skills (MS Office, ERP system)
• Team player, friendly demeanor
• Good German language skills (other languages are an advantage)
